  • A new fully renovated (May 2022) house in Victoria with all new amenities that will simple make you feel like home!
    500 mbps WIFI speed and JUST 2 MINUTES from the Metro (10 minutes in total to reach Monastiraki)

    The space
    Sunny flat, with balcony, at the city center. It consists of one large room with wooden floor, one kitchen and a bathroom. It sleeps up to 3 people. It has one double wooden bed and an extra sofa bed for 1 person. The flat is equipped with a TV, fridge, toaster, coffe maker (frappe- greek coffee), oven, plates, cups and all necessairy cooking staff to prepare a meal and iron for clothes.Very fast Internet access 500 mbps available FREE of charge!

    We are 24 hours available in case of emergency. It is a great joy for me to meet new people from all over the world and help them enjoy the most of their staying in Athens

    The studio is located at the heart of Athens JUST 2 MINUTES from the metro, 10 minutes to Monastiraki (center of Athens where all sightseeing and nightlife is, with supermarkets, hairdresser, mini markets, bakery all 1 minute from the house. The flat is located at an old Athens neighborhood called Pedion of Areos and near Agios Panteleimonas church.

    A really authentic experience, giving you the chance to live and enjoy yourselves as the locals do.
