Σε απόσταση αναπνοής από όλα τα γνωστά spots για ψώνια και φαγητό/ποτό, ακριβώς κάτω από τον λόφο του Λυκαβητού, η ευκολία που θα νιώσετε θα είναι μοναδική. Δεν χρειάζεστε αυτοκίνητο καθώς όλα είναι 5` με τα πόδια. 50μ από το νοσοκομείο και την στάση του μετρό Ευαγγελισμός.Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο και διαμορφωμένο με τρόπο, που να προσφέρει ηρεμία και χαλάρωση.
Στο Κολωνάκι που έχει διαμορφωθεί με τους αρχιτεκτονικούς κανόνες μιας αστικής νεοκλασσικής Αθήνας, μπορείτε να βρείτε και να κάνετε τα πάντα με τα πόδια.
