  • Step out of your apartment to one of the most beautiful neighborhoods, Paleo Faliro. It’s the gateway to the Athens Riviera and an easy jump-off point for Piraeus and the city centre. Restaurants and cafes dot pretty, glitzy Flisvos Marina, while its beach and waterfront promenade is a quick and scenic escape from urban life. The arrival of the game-changing Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre has also helped connect the dots and bring more dash to the area.

    For when you are not strolling around town we have created an indoor experience tailored to your every need. This fully renovated, fully furnished apartment features three bedrooms with a queen bed and an attached bathroom in each one, a spacious and cozy living room, a modern kitchen to satisfy your appetite, and a comfortable dining area.

    The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons.

    Paleo Faliro is a stylish residential neighborhood in the southern suburbs of Athens and a must destination for swimming in Edem. Alimos marina and Flisvos marina, each a 7’ drive from the apartment, are great for a walk. The modern marinas hosting private yachts include restaurants, cafes, bars and nautical clubs. Flisvos marina also includes a summer cinema, walking paths, a playground and outdoor fitness equipment.

    - To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. A passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
    - Please confirm the number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.
    - Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation.
    - 24h check-in option is available for free and you will receive the keys from a lockbox near the building's entrance. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team please note that there is a late check-in fee for arrivals to the apartment after 19:00.
    -If you book a non-refundable rate this reservation is not amendable and you are not entitled to receive a refund.
