Welcome to Eagle Pines, where comfort, style, and lakefront adventure come together. This spacious home features:

- A peaceful king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a sliding barn door for added privacy—creating a true suite-like retreat

- A cozy queen bedroom with easy access to the hall bath

- An epic bunk room with two twin bunks and a queen-over-queen bunk—perfect for kids or groups

- A unique bathroom setup off the bunk room with two showers, two toilets, and a double sink vanity to make mornings easy

- A private outdoor shower just off the bunk room—great for rinsing off after a swim or a day on the lake

- A fully equipped, updated kitchen and open dining area for family meals, celebrations, and game nights

- A backyard built for fun with lakefront views, a large fire pit for s’mores and stories, a floating lily pad for water play, a private dock (fits a fishing boat in the lift), and a full regulation-size pickleball court ready for friendly competition

Situated on a spacious 2-acre lot, there's plenty of room to spread out—whether you're tossing a football, playing soccer, setting up yard games, or simply enjoying the open space with family and friends.

Whether you're fishing at sunrise, playing pickleball in the afternoon, relaxing around the fire pit at sunset, or watching the kids take over the bunk room, Eagle Pines is designed for connection, relaxation, and memory-making.

The home is professionally cleaned and fully prepared for every stay—you'll find fresh linens, stocked essentials, thoughtful touches throughout, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out.

Guest Access

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home, spacious 2-acre property, private dock, pickleball court, backyard, and direct lake access.

Parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway and designated parking area.

Things to Know Before You Book

Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

This is a non-smoking property.

Parties and events are not permitted.

The fireplaces are decorative only and are not operable due to insurance restrictions.

Please do not drive or park on the grass. Boat trailers must remain in the driveway.

The dock is located in a no-wake zone—please operate all watercraft accordingly.

The boat lift accommodates fishing boats or smaller runabouts. Larger boats, including pontoons and ski boats, will not fit in the lift, but may be tied alongside the dock if appropriate.

If you plan to use the boat lift, please provide your boat's make, model, and length prior to arrival so we can confirm compatibility.

Swim and use all lake amenities, including the floating lily pad, at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

No diving from the dock.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Fireworks of any kind are not permitted on or near the property.
