Welcome to our stylish and inviting Darlin Downtown Dawghouse retreat As you step inside you ll be greeted by an open and spacious living area bathed in natural light The carefully curated decor combines neutral furnishings with tasteful accents creating an atmosphere that is both chic and cozy To the left you ll find the charming and efficient kitchen complete with sleek stainless steel appliances and a convenient bar area equipped with 3 barstools for dining After a thrilling night on the town retreat to one of our two cozy bedrooms These well-appointed spaces are perfect for unwinding and recharging ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for your next adventure The elegantly appointed bathroom boasts a modern design and is equipped with a refreshing shower and complimentary shampoo and body wash Towels and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience There is NO private parking You will need to park at any metered spot or parking lot in the downtown area Metered parking is 1 50 an hour with a two-hour maximum from Monday to Saturday 8 a m to 10 p m and all meters take credit cards After 6 p m you may purchase additional time Meters are not monitored after 10 p m Downtown parking is free on Labor Day July 4 Memorial Day Martin Luther King Jr Guests will be provided with building access code and a door code the day prior or morning of their reservation Most restaurants and shops are within walking distance but there are public transportation options allowing you to easily explore the city and its surrounding areas Uber and Lyft are easily available throughout Athens Would recommend having a motor vehicle to get to a grocery store or other parts of Athens IMPORTANT Before receiving check-in instructions you must sign our rental agreement Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation just request a copy and we will send you one Travelease Protection We want you to have a worry-free vacation which is why we offer ourtravelease protection program when you book with us With this program you ll have coveragefor up to 200 in accidental damages Plus we understand that plans can change so we offerthe flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a100 refund and a 50 refund for 7 days minus the Travel Ease protection fee Additionally if the weather takes a turn for the worse you ll have the ability to reschedule your stay So resteasy knowing that we ve got you covered Pets are welcome on the premises and a pet fee of 75 applies Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet You are required to clean up after your pet including waste or additional charges may apply
