OVERVIEW:
Located on Milledge Avenue, you are close to UGA, the Botanical Gardens, and everything Athens has to offer. From the condo it's a 5 minute drive to campus and seconds from the loop to put you anywhere else in Athens. The condo has two big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. King Bed + Queen Bed + 2 Roll Away Beds. This condo is dedicated to visits just like yours, so it's like staying in a hotel only with a lot more space!

THE SPACE:
Fresh, clean, and trendy space. We have built the condo to give you a really comfortable stay where you can immediately feel at home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
High-speed internet is provided but no cable TV service is provided. All 3 televisions are smart TVs, and it is very simple to login to your provider and stream whatever you like (If you already have cable, netflix, hulu, etc.). The unit is on the ground floor and is connected to other units on either side and above, so you will hear some noises through the wall (almost always it is very quiet).

We love this little rental so much we have stayed repeatedly while visiting our UGA student. Thankful for comfy beds, great water pressure, kind and communicative hosts, parking and laundry!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived everything was welcoming, clean and just like the listing. The condo is located in a safe neighborhood just minutes from UGA. It features beautiful, modern and tasteful decor - complete with a welcome basket of goodies to start you off. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Beds were super comfortable, and towels and linens were provided, as was a washer and dryer. Will definitely be staying here when we come back through to Athens. Thanks for a great visit!

Clean and close to everything perfectly describes this gem of a condo! Great location, very clean and comfortable, and in very good condition. Great communication from owner prior to our reservation. Their desire to provide quality accommodations definitely shows. We all found the beds a bit hard, but still slept well. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic condo!

We stayed here during my daughter’s swim meet that was held at UGA. It was the perfect set up where she could get a great night’s sleep each night and rest in between sessions! Amazing, safe location close to UGA and many restaurants/stores! The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean and safe

We stayed here while moving our daughter in for her freshman year of college. It was the perfect location with traffic flow and we felt very comfortable leaving all of her stuff in the SUV overnight and not worrying about it still being there in the morning! The condo is freshly redone with wonderful clean flooring. The beds were so comfortable, too! It was a dream stay, cannot thank the hosts enough. They were responsive and respectful. Will stay here again and again, when it is available!

We all loved this condo!

Our family included Papa, Grandma, daughter and 4 and 8 year old grandchildren. The hosts have made a nice, cozy place for each of our age groups. The pictures accurately represent the property. There were very welcome additions such as board games and a variety of snacks, a welcome treat after our long drive. We would definitely stay at this location again if we are in the area.

Nice place. Comfortable, quiet. Recommend for up to six, 2 couples, 2 kids. Bathrooms are small. Bring your own lawn chairs in nice weather. Also tissues, condiments. Patio in back isn’t usable.

Lovely with a few shortfalls

We were very happy with the living accommodations; it was clean, attractive with plenty of room for our 8 day stay. However, both front and back lights were out; the inside chain link door lock had a broken link, therefore, not useable; there was no extra bathroom tissue, paper towels or tissues; the closets were very roomy but had no hangers; also I would recommend that nonslip shower mats would be provided. Overall we had a great stay and would not necessarily prevent us from returning in the future, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention these issues. Thank you!
