  • Nestled in the heart of nature's tranquility near Hocking Hills State Park, Bobcat Bluff cabin offers a perfect retreat for those seeking a blend of comfort and wilderness. With well-appointed interiors, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're exploring the park's awe-inspiring rock formations and waterfalls, or simply unwinding on the cabin's covered porch with a cup of hot cocoa, this is a haven for all who visit.

    The main floor bedroom and basement bedroom are fitted with queen beds. The upstairs loft bedroom has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom with tiled walk in shower. All towels and linens are provided.

    The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a meal. For seating there is a large dining table that will seat your whole group as well as a breakfast bar. The living room centers around the 2 story wood burning fireplace and TV.

    The basement rec room features a pool table, foosball, and a TV area. (TVs are Smart TVs so feel free to log into any of your streaming services) There is also a full size washer and dryer. From the basement walk out to the lovely lower covered deck where you can soak in the hot tub or have a bon fire.

    The cabin sits back off the road on 2 wooded acres on a quiet dead end street, with plenty of parking. Kick back in one of the rockers on the front covered porch. Out back there is a lovely covered deck with gas grill and dining table where you can relax and enjoy the view.

    We love the Hocking Hills and have hiked all the area trails and visited most of the area attractions so please feel free to ask us for recommendations- we want this to be a vacation you'll remember! Wonderful cabin!

This cabin was the perfect place for two young families. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. It's only a short drive to some great hikes. Communication with the host was great, and she was even kind enough to mail back something that we had left behind. Definitely recommend!

Very nice log cabin with lots of amenities. Good location to access many attractions in Hocking Hills State Park. Very nice setting in a quiet neighborhood. Need to provide some fire starters for the campfire.

We had a Fantastic long weekend at this beautiful cabin to celebrate an 80th birthday. The cabin was perfect for our family! The host was quickly responsive to questions and check-in was early and easy.We were excited about the kitchen amenities and the cozy cabin decor. We enjoyed hiking for two days as the cabin location was great for multiple attractions! I would absolutely recommend this host and home to friends and would absolutely return!

A cabin with a view

House had everything we needed for a nice stay. If we’d had younger people it may have been nice to have an assortment of other games or puzzles, etc. we used the fire pit and hot tub daily. Loved seeing a few deer in yard. We felt close to hiking and town.

I wish I lived here!

Most relaxing time of year is coming to this cabin with family. We don’t want to go home after staying here because of the magical time we have here. Everything is perfect and location can’t be beat! Can’t wait until next year…. Unless I surprise the wife with a romantic trip later this summer.

Family Vacation 2023

Bobcat Bluff was our home for the week for our family vacation and it felt exactly like home! It slept everyone comfortably! The kitchen was great for our family breakfasts & dinners. The location is not far at all from some really nice local shops & restaurants. The cabin was tucked away in it's own little nook with a great view for sunrises & quietness. Coffee on the deck was amazing. Highly recommend this for a peaceful getaway!!

Christmas Getaway

This was our first time ever to spend Christmas away from home, and our experience was so wonderful that our family is going to make this a new tradition! Bobcat Bluff is an absolutely beautiful cabin. The location is perfect—not too far out but still tucked away in a picturesque setting. It has everything you could ask for including a great hot tub, game room, fireplace, deck and gas grill. You’ll never want to leave! Highly recommend!

Very peaceful

E we were able to sit on the back deck and watch the deer grazing for at least an hour! Yet, it was still close enough to a down to get groceries and eat at restaurants…not to mention the wonderful ziplining experience near by!
