Nice apartment, but...
No issues with the property and we enjoyed our stay. However, the owner charged us twice, in error. Admittedly the refund was prompt, but due to a change in exchange rate, we were out of pocket by about 5% of our original payment. Hotels.com were extremely helpful, but ultimately the owner said she had done nothing wrong and refused to compensate the loss, even though it was a direct result of being charged a second time.
