Fab stay
Hotel reception and foyer are amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. Executive room with balcony was great but no view of Acropolis as room faced very busy and noisy main road. To be honest the noise didnt put us off as after a full days sightseeing we would have slept through anything. Wee things to highlight. Door handle to balcony was held on with sellotape and tiles on balcony were broken. In saying that, the hotel was superb value and room and bathroom were in luxury category. Breakfast was amazing. If staying here get the red bus 2 zone ticket as walk up to main centre can be a killer in the heat. We would definitely stay again. Also note, hotel wedged between 2 gentleman's club. Didnt cause an issue but best to be aware.

Basic and clinical feel to the room. We booked a deluxe room but it had one small window in the corner and felt very cold and clinical inside. Room contained none of the nice furnishings and stylings shown in the pictures of deluxe rooms online - very misleading but served it’s purpose for one night

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was tiny with ugly view. Floor was noisy with people coming and going all night. Upon arrival, a plate of fruit was sent to my room. Upon early checkout, they gave me breakfast to go. Nice gesture. I was there for 1 night. The place served its purpose, but i would not stay in there again because of the neighborhood.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were quiet. Carpets need replacing in hallways which makes the hotel look a bit rundown. Room was a bit dated but overall a good stay.

The hotel and the room were very nice, but the carpets in the corridors were very worn. The hotel is located right on the main road so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. We got a room with a balcony, It was lovely to sit there to eat breakfast, sunbathe and read. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom when someone else in the hotel showered. They try to fix it and it went away for a while but came back again.

Supermarket nearby. Hotel was clean and boutique. Short taxi ride to tourist destinations. Elevators which were very small and took forever. They were the old school closet type elevators which you manually open. Breakfast was good.

Pros : excellent staff especially Giannis. They arranged a taxi pickup twice and service was top notch. Close to Pireaus harbor where we were to catch a ferry to Naxos the nect morning. so good choice for a night. Price was reasonable. Bed very comforrtable. Cons : You can hear everything from the outside. Especially when a car drives by fast, you think the car is in your room. Located between 2 nightclubs/strip clubs so did not feel so safe at night.

The Reception staff were all very friendly & helpful. The staff at the breakfast area can do better eith a little bit of being friendly & pleasant. We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite and it was very comfortable. The location of the place is very convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off bus as it is almost next to stop C11(?) Piraeus line & across the street near Intercon hotel is stop A4(?) of the Athens line.

BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM! Don't believe me?Read other reviews (I should have!), this scam goes way back. You will pay in advance for a 4-star hotel, you will arrive at that hotel, they will begin checking you in, then they will inform you that they're all booked up but they are "upgrading" you to a "Acropolis view" at their sister hotel (or whatever their game is that day), cab ride is on them! They will usher you out of the hotel to wait for your cab. You will show up to a shabby, run-down, at best 3-star and have to argue your case there. Don't bother asking to talk to the manager, they will conveniently be unavailable between the time you check in until half an hour after you need to leave (quote, as our cab was getting loaded up: "just wait 30 minutes and our manager will be here"). Note: if you have accessibility needs, the sister hotel is not accessible. They don't care, they already have your money.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Service are great! I thought I booked our hotel with breakfast. One of their staff approached me that our breakfast is not included in our booking during our second day, and I told her that it’s included and to make the story short since they already prepared our check out billed and already paid anyways, I told them I confirmed that no breakfast included in my booking and I want to pay, and they just let it go. They’re very flexible and professional. Good location too near restaurants and small groceries where we buys our bottled water and there also few minutes walk for self service laundry and they’re clean as well. Their gym though it’s not big but you don’t go there to workout anyways.
