Amazing Unique Athens Condo In Renovated Church! Walk To Downtown/UGA/Sanford

This spacious 3000 square foot unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is warm and inviting with hardwood floors on both levels and lots and lots of light. Perfect for gatherings of all sizes, the main level open living space with 20+ft ceilings offers a wonderful flow between the kitchen and living and dining areas. Upstairs there are two large master suites with queen beds, memory foam mattresses, and en suite baths. Downstairs is a small bedroom with full bed, separate downstairs full bath, and a studio area with futon for an additional 2 guests (sleeps up to 8). There are also 2 comfortable 10 inch twin memory foam mattress that can be used for single people or kids if needed.

12 ft shuffleboard table, foosball table, cornhole set, private Weber gas grill, Sonos house surround sound system with Deezer elite streaming music service (play almost anything you want in CD quality/non-compressed sound), Cable TV with sports package/Netflix/Disney+/Amazon prime/Showtime streaming through Roku HDTV. The condo has everything you need for a perfect trip to Athens, GA!

Football weekends typically have a 3 night minimum, please select 3 nights or write to get an accurate quote (the message goes straight to my phone I'll respond quickly). Graduation has a flat rate for up to 4 nights, typically $3000 (please let me know the dates you want and I'll send an accurate quote).

1/2 mile to downtown, 1 mile to Sanford Stadium.
