The property was perfectly acceptable, and good value for money given the price. It was a little far from the centre of Athens, but I expected this given the cost. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, helpful hosts. I would recommend this for people on a budget as I was.

The hotel was great, staff great, the only thing that let it down, was the local druggies hanging round the side street, apparently they congregate around there since COVID lock down, but the staff soon moved them on, apparently the council will be sorting it soon

I booked this hotel for car parking but when I get there they said that there is no parking and showed me the pay car park 50 m away. Parking was cheap anyway (8€/night). No problem at all for the rest.

Hotel was located in a sketchy area. View from the balcony below was of homeless folks and reeked of urine. Centralized AC in the hotel so the rooms never got cool/cold. We asked hotel staff for a fan but never received it. The beds were uncomfortable w/bed bugs. We woke the next morning to multiple bug bites. One very narrow elevator. I will not stay here again.

Room condition was good. Breakfast very limited, same items every day. Different dishes would be welcome. Cleaning staff very helpful. Would be good if some English channels are available as we are foreigners and would like channels which we could understand. Internet speed was not that good, improvement would be good. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I found bed bugs in my room around 4 a.m. and immediately went to the front desk. The overnight staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered—they refused to move me and claimed no rooms were available. There was no apology or concern for my safety or comfort. At 9 a.m., I spoke to another employee who first insisted that bed bugs were “impossible.” After I showed him clear photos, he instantly admitted, “Yeah, we have bed bugs,” with no sense of urgency or accountability. The lack of hygiene is bad enough, but the staff’s attitude was shocking. No empathy, no solution, and no responsibility. This hotel failed basic sanitation and customer service standards. Do not stay here. If management can’t maintain a pest-free environment or treat guests with respect, they don’t deserve your business.

Hotel front desk staffs are super helpful and friendly, and breakfast have great variety with nice services from staffs! The room is spacious and clean! with walkable to the metro area. The only improvement I think is the wifi, during our stay, the wifi seem got cut off sometime..

Positive : - very polite and kind staff - inside the room was almost quiet - breakfast was very good - clean with good room service - 20 to 25 minutes walk to tourist attractions - or 2 to 4 train station to tourist attractions - close to train station - around 7 to 8 euros costs a taxi to the touristic area Negative : - in some streets around, I didn’t feel safe to walk. maybe not suitable for a lady or family with children to walk The hotel is in a crowded street but inside is quite although my room was on 7th floor with no view to Main Street At the end the hotel itself was amazing if you avoid some streets around

La camera era comoda e pulita, anche se stavamo un pò strettini in 4 (era chiaramente una matrimoniale), funzionava tutto, pulivano e cambiavano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Ottima la colazione e abbondante. L'albergo è mantenuto in buone condizioni anche se non nuovissimo ma molto pulito. Il personale è gentile e preparato. E' a due passi dalla metropolitana e dal centro (raggiungibile anche a piedi). I dintorni dell'hotel sono frequentati, nottetempo, da senzatetto e tossicodipendenti che nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato non hanno dato nessuna noia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ritornerei sicuramente

Central location, walkable distance (20-30 min) to the main square. Shady street close to the hotel with a lot of homeless people, I however didn’t feel unsafe and nothing bad happened. Great isolation of the windows towards the busy street. Kind staff. A bit old but clean. Bed sheets need to be changed though, they were barely holding, having a few holes in them, or were teared already. A/c does its job but sometimes felt a bit weak. Overall an OK stay, great value for the money. I would stay again.
