"I enjoyed my five-day stay at this hotel. It has a great location, excellent cleanliness, a beautiful rooftop with a wonderful view of the Acropolis, a nice buffet breakfast, and kind front desk staff. However, I wish the front desk staff had accommodated my request to reserve a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The night before I checked out, I asked two staff members at the front desk to make the reservation. They told me it wasn't necessary and that I could simply ask in the morning, as taxis usually arrive within 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, due to a metro strike, it took more than an hour for a taxi to arrive, and I missed my 10:30 AM flight to Santorini. I had to purchase a new ticket for the afternoon flight. The front desk should have been fully aware of the ongoing metro strike and guided foreign guests more thoughtfully."

"Loved, everything about this Hotel! The hotel is in the center of the square. When you walk in the Athens Tower it's absolutely filled with charm and character....Our corner room was so spacious and overlooked the Acropolis. The food and drinks were amazing. Whether you ate in the dining room for the buffet breakfast or the amazing roof top bar it was first class food and service. You will love this hotel. BOOK IT!"
