Good place for an overnight stay. Check in was friendly, park in front of the room. The room was clean and spacious. A/C and heater fan sounds like a jet so it was hard to watch TV. Bathroom door would not close. No coffee in room.

The property is as advertised, with direct access to the Gulf, though the canal will be almost dry at ultra low tide.
