All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). They were all exemplary and I would definitely stay there again. "

"I had an issue with dates when I first booked and hotels.com tried to resolve it by phone for me to no avail. The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it. "
