"We went to this property on our wedding night for a well deserved rest after long wedding preparations. We informed the hotel about this and got the kindest note, champagne, cake and several complementary food . The staff was amazing and the stay was nothing but excellent.
Thanks to the whole staff and the hotel managment. You are running a customer focused business and we will definitely come back for a longer stay.😇"
"Overall, Divan Istanbul presents a very strong option in its category. It delivers on the luxury, service, and location fronts. If you can accept paying a little more for on-site convenience, and manage expectations around noise and view, it’s likely to give you a high-quality stay."
"We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Murad went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member I encountered was warm, and genuinely eager to help, which made the experience feel extra special.
The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it really added to my peace of mind throughout the stay.
The location was great, close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet still offering a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable.
Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and a perfect location.
