The pool bar attendant was unhelpful and disappeared when we wanted to order drinks. He also refused to make a reservation for us for the restaurant.
The bar/cafe area was lovely. The staff were helpful and the food was reasonable and delicious. The main dining area had a 12 piece old style dance band that lended well to the overall decor and atmosphere.
Although registration, who were pleasant and helpful, offered to have a porter help us with the luggage, as a nearly 80 yo, I landed up carrying heavy cases up 3 levels of stairs. Not good! Overall the experience was wonderful."
