The included breakfast was prepared fresh to order by the chef. We were extremely happy with our experience here. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Plus the charm of this place being so small was great. The pictures shown on here don't do it justice. It's a fairly new property but don't hesitate to book here! "

The breakfast (6:30am to 10am) and afternoon lunch (4pm to 6pm) were simply amazing (lots of variety, high quality and quantity, changed every day) and enjoyable... we really didn't need to eat anywhere else. Beach towels were provided. The internet only worked if you were near the reception and, even then, was sketchy but apparently that is common on the island. "

"Pousada Atoba is well located. At the reception they have a taxi company number and they provided some guidance about the area.
We stayed in the bungalow (3 people) which was spacious but the regular rooms are pretty small. The room was clean, however when we opened one of the drawers in the closet we found garbage from previous passengers (dirty q-tips, pieces of paper and cardboard, tags, etc). We informed the front desk and asked them to please remove that garbage and clean the drawer but it didn't happen. We ended up just not using that drawer. Beyond that the linens were clean and fresh and the room was cleaned everyday.
