"Had a lovely stay at Venn hotel. The room was great with a stunning view. The staff was helpful and friendly and the over all hotel experince was excellent. Defnitly will only stay here when visiting Samsun. The location is also great. "

"It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains. We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money."
