"It was cozy and nicely kept up. The bathroom and shower area was exceptional and luxurious. It's walkable to town, which we liked, but it's a bit of a hike (20-25ish mins on foot, each way). The only downside we didn't foresee was it's proximity to the main road, which made it quite noisy during all daytime hours. The host was super communicative and clearly takes good care of this space. The bedding and mattress were some of the best I've experienced in a rental!"

I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen made our stay most enjoyable. We were lucky with the weather so the outside dining table on the patio was well used. A short walk to the near empty beach was ideal for dog walking."

Only complaint is the 10:00 check out, feels like getting kicked out before coffee. Yes I could request a later check out. An 11:00 time seems more fair.With a 4 pm check in and a 10 am check out a cleaning company has 6 hours to clean a very small space. My needs should come before cleaning...
