"It’s actually a palace, not a castle. We got a deluxe room and it was big and well decorated with 2 big bathrooms, one with a tub. Although it was very comfortable we noticed something weird about the toilet amenities: they are each one of a different brand and there’s no pattern. They would let a Ferragamo shampoo, a Hermès soap bar and moisturizer and a generic hand soap of low quality. Very odd. Water, coffee and tea should be offered in the room as well.
