- Modern, comfortable cottage "Casa Vescovo", surrounded by meadows and fields. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Asti, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1 - depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Turin 75 km, Genua 100 km, Milan 90 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner lives on the same property.
3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: dining room. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Upper floor: open walk-through room with 1 double sofabed. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
