This renovated stone holiday home in Assérac offers a relaxed setting and 4 bedrooms to house 6. Ideal for families with kids, this holiday home has terrace and furnished garden, where you can enjoy the natural beauty.

Tranquil location

The house was set in a beautiful tranquil location in wooded countryside and a good position for visiting the coast and nearby attractions. The house had spacious accommodation and some lovely furniture but was not very clean. The bedroom on the ground floor had a bathroom but the WC was quite separate under the stairs and next to a cupboard containing water pipes which was the ‘wardrobe’. Several of the curtains were hanging off their rings. The upstairs beds were not very comfortable. With more care and attention and a good clean this could be an idyllic place to stay.

We werden door de gastvrouw hartelijk ontvangen in deze ruime en mooi ingerichte vakantiewoning. De eigenares had heel wat tips voor ons wat bezienswaardigheden en adresjes waar je lekker kunt eten betreft. De wifi werkte tijdens ons verblijf perfect. We genoten van de rustige omgeving en de hertjes die af en toe voorbij kwamen. Verder konden we heel wat bezienswaardigheden en mooie stranden bezoeken in de streek. We hadden hier een zalige vakantie. (Opmerking voor Belvilla: de eigenares zou het handig vinden als ze vooraf niet alleen zou weten hoeveel personen er komen, maar ook hoeveel slaapkamers de huurders wensen te gebruiken, zodat ze weet waar ze welke bedden moet opmaken.)

Nous avons séjournes 1 semaine dans cet endroit magnifique. La maison est spacieuse et très bien décorée. Vous pouvez profiter du parc et des étangs. Il a y tout pour passer les vacances reposantes proche du cote. La propietère est très gentil et arrangeante. On va surement y revenir pour se ressourcer. On vous recommande chaleureusement....

Eigenaresse gaf bij aanvang van de vakantie aan dat de WiFi nog gemaakt zou worden, echter is dit ons gehele verblijf van 2 weken niet gedaan! Huis is erg comfortabel van alle gemakken voorzien en erg ruim. Door de mooie spullen, niet erg geschikt voor kinderen.
