"Clean and modern hotel and excellent location, a couple minutes walk from the old town streets and harbour area. Friendly staff and small pool area which was hard to find in close vicinity to the old town. Only minor detractor was lack of bar service at the pool."

Their exceptional hospitality didn't end when we checked out - they continued to follow up with thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for places to visit, which made the rest of our trip even more enjoyable. "The staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is at the top of a hill and a little far out from the town, however there is a shuttle service from the hotel from early morning till late every 30 mins to take you into town. The town offers some amazing restaurants with a view and if you don’t mind a stroll - some of the fish restaurants by the harbour were superb! The restaurant in the hotel is lovely too for days you don’t want to venture out! The hotel itself is quiet and the pool is a really good size - again with some beautiful sea views . We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking can be difficult to find at certain times of day, but usually you find something. Pool was lovely. Rooms cleaned well, towels for pool provided. Coffee shops/bakeries, supermarket, laundromat at the end of the street. Lots of sets of approx 2-5 steps throughout the property, so although not multi-storey, is a bit of a work out managing luggage. Thanks for a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again."

"The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many couple we spoke to and like many reviews show. We actually were given a different room for the 1st night because our original room was broken. Meaning we had to move room the following morning and couldn’t unpack and relax the night of arrival. The room was bigger and reception made it sound like they were giving a complimentary upgrade (for 12 hours), though it was only because they had to and it actually gave us more inconvenience. As a ‘sorry’ we got given the same fruit platter and sparkling that we would have got anyway as it was our honeymoon. After that bad start the rest of the stay was lovely. "
