We recently stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Greece. The best part of our experience was the staff – they were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome.
Five star to Janis, he is excellent he goes above and beyond for clients.
That said, the hotel itself would benefit from some renovation, as the facilities feel a bit outdated. The restaurant could also use more attention to cleanliness.
Overall, the people made our stay enjoyable, but with some updates and improvements, this hotel could be much better.

"We loved the location, right next to the sea and convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All areas were very clean and well maintained and the lobby area was remarkable."

"First of all, I sent an email a month ago to ask about private transportation from hotel to Heraklion port and if they can arrange it. I didn’t get any reply so instead of 2 nights I had to cancel one of the nights and book another hotel closer to the port. Lots of staff, and they seemed to be friendly ..."
