Wonderful setting, relaxing outdoor jacuzzi, helpful staff when the jacuzzi lock was frozen, steps from the slope and short walk to the Snowmass Mall.

All in all it was a great stay, except for the following things: 1. Internet did not work. Informed the front desk, they told me to use the Wi-Fi from another condo…that didn’t work either. Front desk stated they would have someone look at it. No one ever came in the 2 following days. 2. Cable only had local channels. Not a big deal if internet would have been working, but having young children and having no tv or no streaming made for some interesting down time. 3. No AC. Was shocked to see there was no central air. 4. The primary bedroom king bed had to be the worst bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The first 2 nights I felt like the bed was intentionally trying to hurt me. By the 3rd night I just got used to the abuse. I know comfort is subjective, but having travelled a lot in the last 2 decades, including remote travel to the Middle East and Asia…I have slept on cots that offered better comfort and support than the bed in the condo. With that being said, the staff was friendly. The check in was smooth, and the transportation in snowmass village was fantastic. I would most definitely stay there again and cross my fingers that the mattresses are better in a different condo.

We loved Terracehouse! The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a wonderful perk. We also used the shuttle to get around Snowmass. The condo was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff and drivers were top notch! We will be back!

Convenient and close to skiing
Family ski trip and the terrace house was a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Very close access to snowmass ski resort. Great ground transportation. Close walk to local restaurants. Comfortable 2 bedroom accommodations.

Spacious Room w/ Great Hot Tub
Pros: + Fantastic, Huge Hot Tub. + Spacious Room + Nice Kitchen + Master Bed was comfortable. Cons: - Internet was in and out. - Internet was too slow for Smart TV's - They do not clean the room while you are there. - The room is a bit dated. - The twin beds in the second room were old, squeaky and uncomfortable.

Ski in/Ski out - literally
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo contributed to a fabulous ski vacation at Snowmass. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. It was very spacious and the best feature for us was the ski in/out feature from the slider in the living room. The view of the mountain was so beautiful watching the sun come out and the early morning skiers heading down the mountain. It was also pretty quiet all in all. Xgames were going on down the road at Buttermilk so we heard a a few revelers coming in during very early morning hours a few mornings, other than that pretty quiet.

Excellent hot tub. Plenty of laundry facilities. They even had showers we could use after our last day of skiing before getting on our flight!

Stayed in 5053, 2 bedroom. It's dated but nice. Beds comfortable, kitchen supplied well. Had a couple issues with fireplace and faucet which were fixed quickly. Biggest issue was the unit smelled like a dog and the twin bed bedroom smelled like a WET DOG. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS

Need to fix at least safety issues in my opinion
We stayed at unit 81. I did not feel safe to use Kitchen especially microwave and master bathroom.. seems like having issues with electric.. overall I hardly stayed the place except sleeping time because of smells and safety issues... luckily weather was good during my stay. I won’t stay that place ever again.. it was my 10th time staying Snowmass and this was the worst experience with the condominium..

Value for money.
Great value for money. Gets you in the mountains close to Aspen for less than half price. Snowmass Village is a ski resort complex, so some things are left to be desired, but a two bedroom condo for less than $250 per night. Can't beat it.

We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Beautiful landscaping throughout the Condominiums. The kids had access to the pool and spa at the neighboring unit, there's also a nice hot tub and barbecue within the Condominiums. Great location a lot of activities nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Old but perfect location
The location is perfect- it was super clean- parking was easy- and quit. Unfortunately we had a unit that was out of date- old musty couches, worn down kitchen, squeaky twin beds, blinds that blocked the view, gross old dining table , and super old paper thin doors. Due to the location and cleanliness- I would stay there again but request an updated unit.

great time staying at this property as a family. updated and modern apartment, spacious, convenient, clean. hope away from home. great kitchen. needs an apron in the kitchen if planning to do some real cooking. overall very happy.

Wonderful stay at Terracehouse condos!
We had an amazing time in Aspen and Snowmass. Lovely weather and our condo was located so close to everything, especially Clark's market was just 3 mins away. Easy to get groceries so we enjoyed cooking as a family! Terracehouse also gave us a good view! We had everything needed to cook, except a rice cooker which we did need a lot. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were so clean. The shampoo/conditioner was great quality too!

Terracehouse Rocks
Terracehouse was Perfect! It was ski in/Ski out and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and cozy. The pool and hot tub are very nice.

Big full kitchen, close to village, park and walk
These are condos. They are spacious and suited for cooking, doing meals. there were lots of dishes and glasses. It was a full kitchen. But we didn't use them as it was just my wife and I and we walked the two blocks to the village. Parking is 100-200 yards away. The beds were not all that good and a bit older covers etc. All in all nice place, just too much for two people.

Well located; nicely updated condos
We really enjoyed staying at the Terracehouse Condos. Our condo looked like it had some recent upgrades and the place was very clean and the free wifi was nice. We didn't get to utilize all the complex amenities like hot tub and pool but they looked inviting and it's nice to know they are there for our next stay. The location was great as we could walk about a block up the hill to the Snowmass Mall or about two blocks down the hill to the mountain base and have plenty of eating and entertainment options. Only downside would be in the winter having to walk across the street to surface parking but hey, at least it's free!

Great condo in the heart of Snowmass Villlage
Our family of four stayed at Terracehouse for about 5 days. It's in a great location, located in the middle of the small gondola that goes between the Base camp and Snowmass Village Mall. I love the intimacy of Snowmass vs the bustle of Aspen. We arrived on Thursday and they had an outdoor concert on Fanny Hill, lots of families outdoors enjoying good music and the scenery. Our family did the Blazing Adventures White Water rafting and the pick up was walking distance in the mall. Great your, recommend that one as wel. Overall, great place to stay for families. The kitchen is always a plus vs staying in a hotel. Well kept and clean. They come and clean up on the second or third day I believe. Very attentive and answer all questions. They have all the pots, pans, kitchenware, etc you'll need to for cooking. There was a deer hanging outside our window in the trees one morning which was the greatest for my 6 year old! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Mountain View And Beautiful Condo/Apt
Terracehouse exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Quiet atmosphere, great service, beautifully landscaped, and lots of privacy. The staff was friendly and very helpful, housekeeping was excellent. I would highly recommend Terracehouse as the best place to stay in Snowmass!

Perfect place for a family ski trip
Our group of 8 spent 5 days enjoying Snowmass. The snow was great the atmosphere of the village friendly and the accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We had 2 condos rented and each worked well. The space was comfortable, the staff was attentive and the proximity to the chair lift was hard to beat.We prepared a few meals and the kitchen and grill worked well. Easy access to the village mall, the slopes and the cross country ski area all contributed to a great trip.

Terracehouse Condos in Snowmass, CO
This is a condo that we rented in the Terracehouse Complex. We actually picked the keys up at a nearby hotel. The unit was very spacious and well cared for. Updated nicely. The carpet that was there had definitely seen its better days, but it wasn't throughout the whole condo- living area, hall and bedrooms. That would be the only negative about the place. Get rid of the carpet. Beautiful complex, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condos
The condo was beautiful and comfortable and clean. The views and surrounding grounds were lovely. The parking leaves much to be desired, as the public lots are not at all convenient. I can't imagine loading and unloading in the winter. The restaurant was over-priced so we passed on that.
