Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We did not stay there as it was falsely advertised. We have requested a refund as well. The property was advertised as a 4star type room and when we got there it looked like a really run-down motel that I'd be scared to let my dog stay at.
