"The room was very nice and quaint. We loved the location. It was so quick and easy to walk to downtown Keene. We had to rent a cot to make it accommodate 3 people. I guess we had missed the fine print in the Expedia listing that said it would work for 3 if a cot was added. The building felt secure and was well taken care of. We’d consider staying here again if we return to the area. "

"The pictures an description are nothing what is at this motel. The pool was moldy and the kids couldn’t have fun. The room was old, dirty and the door didn’t close. "

It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely safe. Our room and private bath was clean and well-appointed. All in all, it was a very comfortable & enjoyable visit. I'll be back!"
