Good: owner was very nice, free coffee, water, soft drinks and coin laundry available in common room. Price was reasonable. Little fridge and microwave were handy. Bathroom seemed mostly clean, except for seams in shower. Provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Not so great: hot water spigot was screwy in bathroom - hot water was completely turned off (as it turned out when we tried to shut it off) but water dripped continuously, and never seemed to get real hot when you tuned it on...even shut off at the valve it had a limited flow (we just shut the door so didn't hear)! Bed was fine size wise, but was essentially a big foam pad that wasn't comfortable, and did slide off if sitting against headboard reading, pillows were not great - bring your own. No way to ventilate bathroom - no fan or window, so pretty muggy after shower, did open front door/bedroom window but kind of cold early morning - room was pretty small, which was fine for our needs as we didn't spend much time there. was
