The property was a beautifully updated and well maintained, clean home. It had everything we needed and plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc for a comfortable stay. An added benefit was the location—close to our fishing destination and downtown area.

Very nice!

The property was very clean and it was do helpful to have the extra supplies(extra towels, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, spices!). Very easy to get to down town and the beach.

This rental was perfect for a long weekend while in town for a family wedding. 2 full bathrooms is a must with 2 teenagers! Decor was cute and functional, location was great. Owner was responsive, would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was so nicely decorated and CLEAN. We loved all the unique light fixtures and the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. we would definitely stay here again. Nichole was easy to work with and very prompt in her responses. Thank you !!

Nicely remodeled older home

The house is very cute and exceptionally clean. We especially appreciated having three bedrooms and two full baths. It had all the amenities we needed. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. We were in town for a funeral so did not do any sightseeing, but visited a few of the restaurants and businesses in the harbor area which are in close proximity to the house. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and put it at the top of the list for next time we are in town.

A Gem in Ashtabula!

The place was great, beautifully done, clean, well stocked ,plenty of towels. There is no dishwasher which if you’re going to cook could be a problem but it didn’t affect our stay as we didn’t cook. The neighborhood was a little rough around the edges but that’s Ashtabula! I didn’t feel unsafe. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Ashtabula.

Girl’s Weekend!

This house was beautifully redone! The owner is quick with responses, and was sooo helpful leading up to our stay. For a group of 4 we had plenty of space, and everyone had their own bed. The location is convenient! We drove everywhere, but the stores, restaurants, and Lake Erie are in walking distance. We had everything we needed, but ran out of toilet paper! We had already made a store run before knowing, so we just made do with what we had. It seemed we were only given three rolls for the two-night stay. My recommendation is to have a couple more rolls available, or let guests know ahead of time if they will have to purchase more. (Every vacation rental I have been too had plenty of toilet paper so this was new for me. 😂) Other than that small inconvenience we had a great stay, and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything was as advertised. Places well done and furnished well. Love the back deck area great for sitting out and relaxing. Plenty of towels and the kitchen as well stocked with dishes and pots for preparing your own meals.
