"When my finance and I first got there a roach crawled out of the fridge when we opened it. None of the channels worked on the TV. The remote only worked for maybe two minutes then quit. "Love the omelets of course. The bar tenders during evening reception are great. Staff at breakfast are so polite, attentive and quick to assist. A small improvement is when the hotel has a lot of people to make sure the bowls stay full at evening reception. I know other locations constantly refill but it wasn’t done here. However , staff was friendly. Manager walked around and gave out assorted crackers. This staff is the best out of all the locations I’ve been too and I stay with Embassy in several cities and states. "
