"It’s a no frills, easy access, quiet place to stay. The owners are friendly. The rooms are clean. Parking at the room door is convenient. We have stayed there several times and will continue to go there. "

"The check-in was fine once we got used to the locks. The house is old with character. Rooms are large and would be great for a large family. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets available. One shower stall is very small and hard to maneuver in. A hand shower would be easier to use. The other bathrooms were fine. It was nice to have plenty of boxes of tissues. There were no amenities in the cupboards like salt and pepper, sweetners and cream packets for coffee or, dish detergent for hand washing. The toaster was broken. There were paper filters. It could stand a little more cleaning like around bathroom fans and smeared marks on the cupboards, but not a major deal for most. It is in a good location, close to churches and downtown. Furniture was comfortable and it had a good internet connection, but TV channels were limited to free oldies or we didn't know how to tune cable channels in. Nice to have a VRBO in Chesaning. "

"The house was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. the location was very convenient. Even though it was a busy street, it was easy in and out. Host was very responsive and sweet. Very pet friendly, which we really appreciate. Everything you need in the kitchen, which is appreciated as I do not like to eat out. I would suggest some room darkening curtains in both bedrooms downstairs as the traffic across street from McDonalds and renters next door did pose an issue when we tried to sleep-constant lights flashing in (but we are very light sleepers). Which is not the owner's fault, just a suggestion. Otherwise, we frequent Owosso 4 times a year and will more than likely rent here again if it is available. We appreciated the hospitality. "

"There were plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of space. We ended up 20 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room upstairs. Just know that the kitchen is not set up for a lot of cooking. We brought prepared meals, but I know there are catering options. Thankfully there is plenty of refrigerator space. "

Their thoughtfulness and responsiveness made the stay even better.I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Owosso. Highly recommend!"
