"The hotel is pretty basic, but great for a 1 night stay. Let do have a very limited breakfast, no fault of their own. But you are literally surrounded by fast food restaurants within a 20 second walking distance, also known as right next door. Mcdonalds to your left, wendys to your right. KFC in the front. I mean, your surrounded. Inside, everything you need to be comfortable. Nice bed, computer desk, tv, shower, and a a/c unit that provides heating or cooling. "

"We were in town for a weekend and had the BEST stay at Saravilla. What a beautiful property! The house is truly breathtaking, but still felt cozy and homey. We came home after dinner and hungout/played pool in the parlor and drank wine. Honestly it felt like we were at home...just a very, very fancy home... lol. The breakfast was fabulous each morning - Kelly did a fantastic job at making folks feel at home and still proving excellent service. 10/10!"

"Kitchen had adequate cooking/service ware. Fridge is as pictured-on the small side, so if having 8 people stay, might be tight.House is located near several great shopping options, gas stations, fast food, restaurants and the downtown area. Perfect location."

"Owners gave precise instructions on unlocking/locking home. Very clean inside, bedrooms were very comfortable. Fire pit was fabulous to have as the evenings were cool. The local town, Laingsburgh, was VERY friendly with wonderful places to eat. We highly recommend Tammy’s Bakery and cafe for breakfast, Two Dog Saloon and the Graham Vineyard & Winery. "

"What a PERFECT place to stay with extended family! After a wedding reception in St. Johns, three of my brothers and their wives, my neice, her husband and five kids, as well as my nephew, his wife, toddler and newborn wanted to stay nearby vs. driving back to the west side of the state. This place had everything! The teensand elementary aged kids played games, basketball, and watched TV while enjoying popcorn upstairs. The adults gathered in the large dining room with drinks, snacks and stories. There was even a pizza run to the Pizzaria across the street at one point. The bedrooms are dark and quiet - enough so that the 2 year old and newborn were fast asleep while the rest the family made all kinds of noice throughout the house. Beds were comfortable, small white noise machines in each room. The entire house was spotless! Very sweet and thoughtful touches like fresh popcorn in the game room and a hot pot of coffee ready when we arrived Saturday night. I can't recommend the Ovid Hotel enough. We really have no reason to come back to Ovid, but my brothers and I agreed it would be fun to gather the rest of the family for a sleep over and rent the entire building again. Thank you, Jennifer, so helping us top off a perfect family weekend. It's so appreciated!"

"One of the most gorgeous B&Bs I've ever stayed at! The whole house had a comforting feel to it, and the themed rooms were beautiful. The host who showed us to our room and gave us a tour was extremely welcoming and generous. We will 100% come back here in the future."
