Welcome to our contemporary appointed home in downtown Ashland. It is centrally located close to Ashland University, Samaritan Hospital, Local Businesses, Grocery Stores and Restaurants. The house has the charm of an older home with contemporary furnishings, Wifi, Sling TV and all the essentials for a short or long visit. We welcome guests in town for a short stay or a long term rental. Our home is approximately 1100 square feet which will give you plenty of space versus a hotel room.

Do not stay here!
My husband and I and our two young children stayed at the house for almost a week. The check in process was easy. The house is older and it is caving in in many areas, probably from settling. It is located near the college in a quiet area.
