Great location, easy access to transport and Tempozan marketplace, quick and easy to USJ via free ferry. Quick train ride to dontonbori & Kuromen market, not too far for teamlab botanical gardens. Property is clean and functional, but very small. Not enough chairs, glasses or storage space. And you can hear every step, noise and talking from upstairs and downstairs accommodations.

The hotel is older but in a very tasteful way. Our room was pleasantly large and had a lovely view of trees and pond. We visited the chashitsu ( tea house) , so elegant.
