  • Relax in this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in a quite neighborhood only minutes from downtown Asheville. This is a non-smoking home. The home is centrally located so you can access hiking, biking, breweries, retail centers, the Biltmore Estate and all the entertainment and restaurants that downtown has to offer with no more than a 10 minute drive.

    This spacious home is perfect for families as it is on over a half acre lot with a fenced in yard and it is only minutes from a local park and playground.

    The home allows well behaved dogs with approval. No cats are allowed.

    Driveway holds 5 cars. No parking in the grass!
