  • 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit located on the fourth floor, in the heart of downtown Asheville. This unit features 2 king beds, a full kitchen, living room, and balcony. You`ll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

    This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.
