Welcome to Sunset Vista! This charming 1960s home in Asheville has stunning mountain views and is perfect for the whole family, couples, and friend groups (Pets included!) With a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, big screen TV, and fireplace, you'll find our place to be your perfect home away from home.

You're just minutes from both downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, making this the perfect landing pad for the best of Asheville and lots of outdoor adventures! The Sunset Vista is located in Mountain View Estates, a small, quiet neighborhood right off of Town Mountain Road, a scenic road that leads into downtown Asheville and also connects to the Blue Ridge Parkway! Very little car traffic in the neighborhood makes it safe for walking. Cyclists frequent Town Mountain Road and the Parkway, so be on the lookout for them while driving on these roads.
