Stunning Bent Creek Sanctuary in Beloved Asheville

Fully remodeled contemporary ranch home in quiet Bent Creek neighborhood. Light-filled living space with fireplace, local art, and fully equipped kitchen. French doors lead to a large rear patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining as well as a spacious backyard with fire pit. Includes locking storage for your bikes. Just minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Bent Creek Trails, French Broad River, Lake Powhatan & the NC Arboretum. Plus only 9 miles from everything that downtown Asheville has to offer!
Neighborhood highlights
The Bent Creek neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and has direct access to hiking trails and the world class mountain biking of Pisgah National Forest. There is also a community park with a playground, basketball court, volleyball net, and a pump track. This home is just a 3 minute drive to: French Broad River access for tubing or kayaking, the North Carolina Arboretum, and the Blue Ridge Parkway with scenic mountain views, great hiking, and spectacular sunrises. The Asheville outlet mall is 5 minutes away, across the street from the nearest grocery store and gas station.
Getting around
Asheville is a very drivable city with minimal to moderate traffic. Bring or rent a car to access the great outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, rafting, or scenic drives on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
If you don't have a car, Uber is also a great way to get around and you can get a ride anywhere in Asheville for about $15 including the Biltmore, Downtown Asheville, South Slope (brewery hub of Asheville), and the Asheville Regional Airport.

Bent Creek Sanctuary home lives up to its name and Goldie was so awesome to work with. We were in town to see the Trolls at the NC Arboretum and enjoyed this lovely home with a great floor plan, nice amenities and well stocked. Our family enjoyed the backyard and even found time to do one of the puzzles available at the house. Check in and check out went smoothly.

The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from food and shopping. The house included a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water and lots of nightlights to make it easy to navigate during the night. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Asheville.
