South Slope Asheville Townhome 3 Ensuite Bedrooms
This modern three ensuite bedroom townhome gives you quick access to downtown Asheville and its brewery district and the historic Asheville Tourists` ballpark. The rooftop terrace, accessed from the third floor via one flight of steps offers mountain and city views, outdoor grilling and dining and a cozy firepit for cool evenings. A one car garage, private elevator and numerous amenities offer convenience and comfort unmatched in the area. Don`t miss this gem!
The first floor may be accessed via the garage or the front door. Please use the elevator to ferry your luggage to the third floor bedrooms. The elevator gate must be closed for it to operate. The gate and ALL elevator doors must be closed in order to call the elevator to a different floor.
The first floor ensuite bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower.
The second floor great room includes a large kitchen and kitchen island, a pantry, coat closet and utility closet, dining room and living room.
The third floor includes a laundry closet, king ensuite bedroom and queen ensuite bedroom with showers and a tub.
Note: the elevator only goes to the third floor. To access the rooftop terrace, there is a full flight of stairs.
The rooftop terrace includes a sectional sofa and firepit, a dining table and chairs and a gas grill.
Guests have access to the entire home!

The primary shower floor was slick. Seemedcdangerious. May want to apply slid prevention strips or shower interior mat. Very nice except for the gas station stop for buses and police cars. Seemed very loud late evening Otherwise we love staying there. Construction wasn’t noticed during our stay.
