Top notch property and great proximity to downtown locales

We enjoyed our long weekend, from the food and entertainment, to the proximity to the Visitor's Center, where we caught the trolley ride without any advance reservation. The Botanical Garden was close by, a museum right up the street, and the River Arts district was a short drive. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I'm sad to see the River Arts district struggling to get the devastation cleaned up and rebuilt, but they are working hard at it. Visit them and help them out with your business!

Highly recommend this property

Condo was very nice and comfortable! It was also exceptionally clean and communication with property manager very easy using the VRBO app. Location was good, close to downtown and Biltmore. Sadly our visit was cut short due to approaching hurricane Helene but hope to visit again soon.

The location allowed us to walk to bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms had king size beds which was nice.

Lovely Downtown Condo

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at this modern, centrally located condo in downtown Asheville. The management company was most responsive to our needs. Condo is well equipped and cozy.

Great location in Asheville

Clean, roomy and a covered parking spot made this rental perfect for our group. We had multiple cars and parking garage was in walking distance. Great location for exploring all parts of Asheville.

Spring Break

The property was very close to the city center. It was clean, comfortable & safe as you used a code for entering the garage, lobby & the unit. Coffee, creamer & other necessary supplies were provided & appreciated.

Beautiful clean condo

This condo exceeded our expectations (a rarity in the vrbo/Airbnb world). It was spotless and comfortable and met the needs of our party of 3 perfectly. The location is excellent though I wouldn’t have walked alone outside after dark given the number of people loitering near the building however as a group of 3 women we felt 100% comfortable. Would recommend to anyone going to Asheville.

Very good place and close to everything

Very clean and nice condo. Well stocked with supplies and helpful communication with the property manager. Location was excellent and close to everything in the town. The only down side was the bus stop and parking lot right outside the windows which was very loud at night and one of the nights we heard a fight break out among people around 2:00 a.m. which kept us up for a while. We would definitely stay there again though. Great place to enjoy our Thanksgiving in Asheville.

Almost a perfect place to stay

Our condo was very spacious and clean. The parking was inside a locked parking garage. The front entrance is the lobby that is also locked and safe! This looks like a brand new building, beds were perfect, bathrooms were gorgeous, and the kitchen was also beautiful! This building is right across from the bus station which is where a lot of the homeless people live/hangout all day and night. They are very loud and argue everyday and night. When we were outside waiting for our lyft nobody ever bothered us though. Another issue that we had was the smell inside the hallways and stairways was awful. The sushi restaurant is in the same building next to the front lobby. It smells like fried fish SO bad. Even with some issues, I would stay here again.

Super-clean, spacious and absolutely walkable

This building is brand new, and the apartment was spotless. The decor is chic, but comfortable. The beds and pillows were fantastic (and I'm extremely picky), and the towels were fluffy. (The sheets were a little scratchy, but that was clearly because they were so new that they hadn't gone through enough washes yet to soften up - can't complain about that. :-) It was the absolute perfect space for 2 adult siblings to have a reunion. We had more than enough privacy with our separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but an inviting kitchen and living area to share for early morning and late night chats. Loved the space, and loved how easily walkable it is to get into town. No need to pay for parking (which you sometimes can't even find downtown) - leave your car in the ultra-secure parking lot at this apartment, and literally walk only 1 block to be in the middle of the action. Also, it was a nice touch to have coffee filters in the cabinet, and creamer packs provided in the fridge. Thoughtful...
