The building's front door provides access to a common interior stairway leading to your apartment. The back stairs are shared with one neighboring tenant on the second floor.

This is a dog-friendly property, but not cat-friendly. Please do not leave your dog unattended outside or inside. Please remember to pick-up pet waste. Please do not use bath towels wipe wet paws. We ask that pet owners to bring their own dog towels, food bowls, and bedding. No pets on the furniture. If furniture has been stained or damaged by a dog, guests may be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This is multi-tenanted building, with free parking.
