Purple Door Barn Apartment on the Farm

  • Summary:

    Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic barn apartment complete with a King size bed, claw foot tub, full kitchen with full size fridge and stove and a drip coffee maker. The space comfortably sleeps two people in this converted barn apartment giving you the feel of barn living while having modern amenities. Dogs are welcome. $25 per dog per night.



    The Space:

    9.5 acre property complete with animals galore! You are welcome to pet the animals and they are all friendly. Please do not enter the horse pasture or let the cats inside your unit. We have several tiny houses and buses on the property that are rented out short term. You may see us on the property as we work and play on the farm. Feel free to say hello!



    Guest Access:

    The Purple Door unit is your home away from home. We have another unit inside the barn as well but it is completely separate from yours. You are welcome to explore the property and pet the animals. Please do not enter the horse pasture, barn or any other units on the property.



    Other Things to Note:

    We have several tiny houses and buses on the property that are rented out short term. Each unit has their own separate space and yard. You may see other people around the farm but they won't be using your rented space.

The space was very clean. Very cool to be staying in what used to be a stall, complete with a stall door in the bath area. Thoughtfully furnished w/the necessities. I didn't need the full kitchen but if I had, it was very well stocked. Bathtub was phenomenal! Definitely a working farm; the presence of the animals was great and made the stay really nice.

Can't say enough about the purple door barn stay! It was such a wonderful place for a great price. The hosts went over and beyond for us even fulfilling a special request to enhance our stay. The barn "stall" we were in was very clean and very accommodating having all necessities and niceties. boasting a big comfortable bed, TV and beautiful tub. We loved being able to walk around the farm and petting all the animals especially the horses although we weren't ready for the rooster crow at 5am we would definitely comeback & recommend for anyone that likes the farm life.
