Amazing property and a perfect location. We were able to walk to most places in the city we were going to. Property looks brand new - great place. Very easy check-in/out too
Great location for Southend breweries. 0.7 mile walk to museum, uphill but safe and eliminated most driving. Great excuse to chat for 15-20 minutes walking. Easy walk to Biscuit Head for breakfast. Very comfortable, well appointed abode.
Townhouse was awesome. Great location very clean and had all we needed. The one exception would be that the elevator only worked once for us. However we totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again
Excellent location a 10-15 min easy stroll up the hill to the main downtown. TONS of new breweries within 2 blocks. Easy access to west Asheville.
Very well stocked with ample towels, comfy beds and linens,. Also had k cups for coffee, creamer, sweeteners which are great for the first day.
Toilet on main floor had a lot of sediment and residue of some kind in the bowl. Wi-Fi was a little finicky also but was usable.
This is a very clean space. Walking distance to everything. The elevator was very handy for getting luggage in and out. All furniture was clean & comfortable.
The appliances worked well. There is a blender even though one isn't listed in the ad. Furniture was clean & every room was decorated nicely. The Mexican restaurant right across the street is very good. My only (small) criticisms: The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit firm for our liking, but that's a personal thing. The reminder to change the refrigerator water filter beeped the whole time. The handle on the master bedroom shower door was a little loose. The plants looked like they hadn't been watered in a long time. My girlfriend watered & brought them back to life over the 6 days we were there. Front door code sometimes worked and sometimes didn't but we used the garage to come and go. All minor things, and didn't negatively effect our opinion or enjoyment of the unit. This was definitely one of the nicer places I've stayed & I would definitely stay here again.
This townhouse is amazing. Super clean , well equipped and great location to many different attractions. The rooftop balcony was perfect for early morning coffee or evening drink. I would recommend some type of door alarm or feature that alerts guests when the entry doors are being accessed for when they are in the rooftop or sleeping.
This is just as stated - great location in the brewery district - beautiful property. Owner/manager quick to respond with a smoke alarm low battery signal - within a few minutes someone was there to change battery. We hit a snowing in April weekend so did not get to enjoy the nice balcony with table. Next time....
This rental property appeared to be a relatively new building. The property was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods, were more than sufficient.
The decor was very fresh and attractive and it was a pleasure to stay there.
We were close to most everything we wanted to do - drove to restaurants but some were surely walkable. Short drive to Biltmore Estates. Quiet neighborhood.
Communication with property management was answered quickly and easily.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Nice, but a couple of upgrades would enhance it
The townhouse was nice but a little further from the heart of downtown than we anticipated.
We found the bedrooms uncomfortable. The master bed had only a thin blanket and there weren’t any extra blankets. Both bedrooms have thin roll down shades. The master has a well lit apartment building behind it and the front bedroom has a well lit business across from it. This could easily be resolved with room darkening curtains. The bed linens need to be upgraded.
We loved having a garage and elevator.
The home was truly enjoyable, relaxing, clean and the location was ideal for our plans.
Everyone had their own space when needed and still be together.

My husband & I & my brother-in-law & his wife stayed in this beautiful 2-bd, 4 ba condo for a couple of nights. It has 4 floors with a private elevator & rooftop lounge area which we really enjoyed. Walking distance to downtown!
Very clean, upscale quality throughout, impeccably decorated, well-priced.
Recommend owner post instructions for use of the elevator. Our group didn't figure out correct usage until night before we left. Enter elevator, close door. Close gate. Press button. Will be the source of many fond memories for years to come!
Coffee maker is a Keurig Duo plus. Had to watch YouTube videos before first use.
Overall, this place is amazing! Would highly recommend! Great location & very private,
The property was clean and well appointed. While we did not take advantage of the entire unit (just my wife and I) the unit would be ideal for a family or two couples enjoying a weekend in Asheville. It is a bit of a hike to town, and with the walk not being well lit, we chose to drive to dinner and for shopping.
Beautiful - Our new place to stay when in Asheville!!
We enjoyed our stay so much!! Loved the location to downtown, not walking distance for us, but close enough. The townhouse looks just like the online pictures, very nicely decorated. All of the amenities were outstanding down to the extra spices for cooking, the cookware and dishware, etc. Just a tip, it took us until the end of the trip to figure out the volume is on the side of remote LOL, so I will save you some time. My favorite thing was the elevator and the roof top deck!! We had a blast!! This is our new place to stay when in Asheville!
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very close to downtown and very quiet. This was a priority for us. The apartment is clean and brand new. We really enjoyed our stay.
There is an elevator for the top floor to the garage.
Not only was this in close proximity to downtown, it was far enough from the hustle and commotion of downtown. We walked daily to restaurants and shops, and to have a 2 car garage - just perfect for our family getaway. The elevator made hauling all of our luggage and groceries easy. This is a property I will revisit again.
This was the perfect house for our little family. Our son made himself at home immediately:) The balcony is the perfect place for a cup of coffee, and I wanted to transport the master closet back to my home! The elevator was clutch for arrival and departure. The location was great for us. Very walkable if you can handle the hills. It was so great to spend some quality time in Asheville.
Great location! Easy walking distance to the South Slope Brewing District, about a mile walk to the rest of downtown Asheville. 5 minute drive to the Biltmore. Super clean and well-kept property, very comfortable linens and towels. The elevator was a nice touch for getting bags upstairs. Great communication from host. Great home base for our time in Asheville!
We enjoyed our stay here. Great location, and everything was up to date and very clean. My only complaint is that the paper towels in the kitchen were very cheap and would fall apart as soon as they got wet, which was annoying since we like to cook.
This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Asheville for a long weekend. It is close enough to downtown for walking, but far enough away to be able to avoid the noise at night. The space itself is beautiful, new, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the entire area is spacious. The beds are super comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was great.
