Good location for visiting downtown, Biltmore, and arts areas. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Cleanliness is especially important for us and this was very clean. If you like beer, it is conveniently located across the street, within walking distance, to New Belgium Brewing. We would stay here again 100%

Very convenient and clean

The rental was very clean, had everything we needed, ample parking, and was dog friendly. It even came with a dog bed, food bowl, and bag of treats. This is a super convenient location to downtown and the Biltmore, and it was much cheaper than local hotels.

This place had everything I needed and more. It is beautiful with super comfy. I didn’t even have to bring in my pillows. Beautiful trails near by. Host is very pleasant but not at all intrusive and very accommodating. I am excited to stay there again.

My bf and i wanted a weekend getaway. This place was perfect distance from everything, very centralized location. Place was great, bed is soft so if you are someone like me who needs a firmer mattress be ready to wake up sore. Loved the fully equipped kitchen, just wish the oven was cleaned. A great lil spot!

The location of this property is great- just steps from New Belgium Brewery and still close to downtown and the Biltmore. Hospitality was above and beyond- Nancy provided dog treats for my pups and a birthday cake and flowers for my fiancées birthday. The unit was clean and efficient. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for a long weekend

We stayed for 4 nights and this place felt pretty big for a studio flat. The parking lot isn't very big, but we only had to park on the street one night (and we could see our car from our room so it wasn't a bother). The location was great -- within a very short walk to New Belgium Brewing and only 10-15 minutes into the heart of downtown. The host was very responsive and left a nice little personal touch for a special occasion. Overall, we would definitely choose to stay here if/when we visit Asheville again.

Not much of a view but the place was clean and comfortable. I thought from online pictures that the bedroom was a separate room but it is all one room. Chairs weren’t very comfortable but the sofa was. However you could not see tv from the sofa. That was a negative. Could use a full length mirror somewhere. Only mirror was the one over the sink. We were out a lot so it worked for us.

New Year in Asheville

A rare find. A real gem. Right next to french broad river trail which was perfect for walking the dog. Also steps away from new belgium brewery which was perfect to take the dog over and lounge in the lawn chairs and have a beer on a sunny day. Only complaint was that the bed slats broke the moment I laid down. We found it had been previously broken and repaired w duct tape. The property manager replaced the bed promptly the next day but the 1st night wasn’t great for sleeping. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking but if you are a coffee lover I would recommend bringing your own set up as the coffee maker was a basic drip machine.

Awesome property

Nice, clean, modern condo across street from New Belgium Brewery. Numerous other breweries and excellent restaurants within 2 mile radius. Property was clean both inside and out. Parking in rear of building right outside your door. Inside is well maintained and well equipped. We had issue with our TV. Called agent and she was there within 15 minutes. She could not fix the issues, so she went and bought a new television and installed it while we were out. She then checked back with us later to verify TV was working property. Excellent property and highly recommend River Row Flats when visiting Asheville.
