  • This lovingly remodeled, fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a rare blend of modern convenience, vintage charm, and natural beauty for simple, stress-free living. The home is tucked away on a peaceful street with creeks bordering two sides of the yard, while also walkable/bikeable to greenways, restaurants, cafes, and parks, and 0.1 mile (2 minute walk) to the nearest bust stop. Two dedicated workspaces, one of which includes a 32" Samsung Smart Monitor M8 (not in phtos yet as it is new), make remote working convenient. Guests will find a queen bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed which converts to a double bed in the second bedroom/office. Whether you’re enjoying a refreshing run on the greenway or unwinding with a good book in the clawfoot tub after a day of exploring, this tranquil retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere that will help you kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Asheville has to offer.
