Fenced back yard, front porch, covered back porch, off-street parking plus on-street (plenty) parking, GREAT neighborhood. In the Center of Asheville, steps to West Asheville. 3 Bedrooms 2 Full Bath's Upstairs, 1 Half Bath Upstairs, 1 Futon Sofa/Bed & 1 Queen AirBed available Upstairs; Downstairs is a rented Separate Unit.
