Show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meal with scenic urban views from the spacious private balcony. At the end of the day, cozy up and watch movies on the flat-screen TV with cable service and an AppleTV device. The condo also has a gym area with treadmill, yoga mats, and medicine ball.

Ellington Loft is in a premiere spot for enjoying shopping, gourmet dining, and dozens of art galleries all right out your front door. This vacation rental is located in downtown Asheville.

For ease of loading and unloading, that there is a Loading/Unloading zone marked off on Patton Avenue between the Restoration Hotel and the S&W building. This zone can accommodate up to 3 cars and allows for up to 30 minutes of parking to load and unload vehicles during your stay. There is a paid parking garage nearby which is well marked and close to the S&W building.
• Due to the historic nature of the S&W building, the elevator is occasionally closed without warning for maintenance. Stairway access is always available to Ellington Loft, which is on the 4th floor.
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

Six of us travelled to Asheville. Planned to see Town Mountain at The Orange Peel and have some good food. The condo was great. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Only had to drive to see the Biltmore House. Weather was fantastic and we took full advantage of the outdoor balcony. It was wonderful. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for space for a small group that checked every box.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. The beds were mostly comfortable. We wish there was a bit more flexilbity with check in procedures and that a bit more toilet paper was provided, but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

This condo is in a great area. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops/breweries within walking distance. We didn’t have any issues parking at the nearby parking garage. There was lots of space for our group of 8.

Beautiful spot in the heart of downtown! We enjoyed this modern, loft style unit, & all it had to offer! The balcony was a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The building itself (wine, ice cream, a brewery & food court) was an added bonus. If you’re looking for downtown - this is the one for you!

We visited Asheville as a family vacation to explore the city, visit the Biltmore Estate, and go on some hiking excursions. Ellington Loft was an ideal location and the apartment was wonderful. It was a very functional layout for our family of 6 adults. The property was very secure and communication with Carolina Mornings was excellent. The nearby parking garage was easy to access. The downstairs eatery area was definitely an added bonus with great places to grab a bite or have a drink. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if visiting Asheville.

Planned a long birthday weekend with the family. Property was well appointed and accurately described and represented by the pictures. Interior is well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. Large balcony area for relaxing. Food court on first floor was a nice bonus for snack time. Centrally located in walking distance to all the good restaurants and sight in downtown Asheville. We will do this again and come back to this same property.

Great location! We loved being able to walk out door and be right downtown. I'd recommend it to anyone not want to leave the downtown area. The only complaint we had was not having a designated spot to unload our vehicle. We knew that we'd be paying for parking, but it was bit stressful unloading the car in such a busy area.

We chose this perfect location so we could walk around town without having to drive everywhere. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and was very spacious. We had one issue with the downstairs bathroom, but was able to call maintenance. They arrived the same day and resolved the problem. We felt very safe in this location and loved being able to share this time with our family. Definitely will be coming back!

Decent property centrally located in Asheville. Entrance is odd as the entry is through a food court. Large homeless population across the street although they caused no issues. Property layout is good and accommodated our group. Upstairs shower didn't drain and water pressure was poor. Towels were extremely small. I'd expect more for the price.

This property is close to everything in Asheville. The loading/unloading is a bit of a nightmare because the front door is on a busy street with no place to park. We found the back exit and used it for our luggage and groceries, and easy access to the parking garage. We paid a holiday premium for the property and they wanted to charge us an extra $60+ to get early access even though it was available. There are no cooking supplies, so bring all your own spices, foil, etc. There were also no kleenex.

The penthouse was comfortable for our family of five with 3 bedrooms & 3!bathrooms & large porch (but view was blocked & Disappointing). The kitchen was stocked lightly. But missing basic items for cooking & baking meals. The penthouse Wi-Fi & cable were out but promised to be fixed following afternoon & we were given a discount for the loss. The parking was a couple blocks away and we had to quickly unload from street in front & lug our suitcases inside lobby and up elevator. No Cart available & can’t leave car on street. So pack light. The food court and brewery in building were handy & excellent. The management team was helpful and fixed problems as promised. Three days of heavy rain dampened our spirits so we are hoping for sunny skies for our next visit
