Luxe Townhouse with Garage and Terrace

  • Renovated corner townhome is located in the heart of Asheville`s South Slope District. With four floors of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and queen sleeper sofa. Unit also has a private elevator and rooftop terrace to enjoy the views.
    For your safety, security cameras are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors

    There are two parking spaces included with the unit. One located in the private garage (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the other located in an assigned space behind the townhome.

    Guests will be provided with detailed check-in instructions upon booking. These instructions will be re-sent 3 days prior to arrival. This rental is managed by Towns Property Management Inc; a locally owned company that has staff available 24 hours in case of emergency.
