The property is a nice older building with great eye appeal. Mostly updated with nice furnishings. I would recommend staying again and look forward to visiting again. A great location.

Very large, clean condo in Biltmore Village! We walked to area restaurants. The condo was very roomy and perfect for a family or two couples. It was just down the road from Biltmore Estate. Plenty of parking, quiet, and relaxing. Would love to return.

Everything about this place was top notch! The location to all Asheville attractions was fantastic, the parking and size of the condo and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants - impressive!! The fact that both beds are King size and the working fireplace were the cherries on top! We were so impressed and so happy with your choice! This will be our “go to” condo from now on!

My family and I loved this condo. The location was secluded but within walking distance to restaurants and activities in Biltmore Village.The rooms were spacious and well lit. Furnishings were designed for comfort. Many supplies were thoughtfully included. The entire unit was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville!

Biltmore Visit

Everything was 5 star except the tvs. There were 3 nice modern tvs in the unit - 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. There were no directions or information on how to use the tvs or what apps/streaming was available. No matter what we tried to watch, the channel required a password or signing in.

Biltmore visit

overall quite positive.... unit needs some minor maintenance work.... plumbing fixtures broken at double sink location, kitchen chair was broken. 2 valances had fallen at blinds. center bathroom latchset came off. toilet barely flushed in front bath.... None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant. Everything was clean. Extra towels would have been a nice touch. We had a delightful visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn’t expecting such a large well appointed apartment, but was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked with everything you may need for your stay away from home. Only thing I would nitpick are the weak flushing toilets and propeller like bathroom faucet handles, a bit hard to turn on the water and adjust the temperature. Other than that, it was literally perfect! Thank you.
