We chose this hotel because of proximity to Biltmore, and it was a great choice. We walked to a nearby restaurant, passing several open shops on the way. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast area is open and airy, and food options are extensive. Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property again.

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was due to food from the last guest still being in the fridge and this is minor, but makes me wonder about attention to detail, the blow dryer was just shoved in the drawer, not stored neatly in it"s bag.

The hotel was very nice and have easy laundry facilities. The room was large, great kitchenette, my husband ate the breakfast and the coffee was fine. The area around the hotel is still damaged from the floods but felt good helping the economy and ate in Asheville. Went to a fantastic pub called Packs. It was excellent!!!

The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. For such a spacious room, the bathroom is too tiny. The design could be better and give more room to the bathroom. Amenities is okay. Breakfast was okay. Everytime I went to get coffee they were out and the lady working the breakfast area got me a new huge pot of coffee right away. Service was great.
