The unit is a mother in law sweet located on the bottom floor of a home! It has a beautiful large deck and a separate entrance. Full kitchen, one bath and two bedrooms (one bedroom being a dark room). It is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, all toiletries (towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap). The rooms are fully furnished with all linens. Each room has a queen bed and are spacious! Coffee and water bottles are also available! No smoking, pets, or parties allowed.

Great getaway, close to all Asheville has to offer

This was a really nice property just a few miles away from downtown Asheville and West Asheville. It was a great place for a girls' getaway weekend. The pictures don't do it justice. Spacious bedrooms, very comfortable, nice kitchen, large back deck that is nice for sitting if the weather is good. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Asheville area.

Great place, bigger that I thought it would be. We used the kitchen for cooking which was great. It was convenient to Biltmore Estates and the Grove Park. Nice parking place and felt save at the house. 5 stars, would stay again.

Very wonderful place

This place is a very wonderful property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Up Country brewery is less than a mile away and cute area of West Asheville with coffee shops and great places to eat a short distance past it. The rooms are much larger than they look in the photos and was extremely comfortable.

Great space for a getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a girl's weekend. The area is much larger than expected and the perfect amount of space for 4 girls. The space was incredibly clean and we had all the amenities that we needed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but a quick uber ride to downtown asheville. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us!!

Night out in Asheville with friends

We - two couples - enjoyed a lovely evening at this place. The owner was always quick to respond and everything was in order in the house when we arrived. It was close to downtown so getting an Uber was inexpensive and convenient. The owner had water in the fridge for us and coffee for us to prepare. The queen beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of fresh towels in a very clean and nice bathroom. I highly recommend this place for a weekend stay close to downtown.
